These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Crimson Forge Games and govern the use of Crimson Forge Games' mobile games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, access, or use the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Please review Crimson Forge Games' Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you are also accepting the Privacy Policy.

1. License and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, Crimson Forge Games grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of, or use data gathering or extraction tools in connection with the Services.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Services, in whole or in part, for any purpose without Crimson Forge Games' express written consent.
• Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information without express written consent.
• Use data mining tools, automation tools, spiders, crawlers, scripts, bots, or any automated method of recording information.
• Use meta-tags or hidden text utilizing Crimson Forge Games' name without express written permission.
• Engage in conduct that may be considered illegal or tortious, including hacking, cheating, or infringing the intellectual property or proprietary rights of Crimson Forge Games or third parties.

Where the Services are a downloadable game or application ("App"), Crimson Forge Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on authorized devices. The App may not be copied, resold, or sublicensed. These Terms apply to all versions and updates, including free and paid versions.

Age Requirements: If you do not receive a pop-up that asks for your age when you first access the game, you must be at least 16 years old to access the game. If you do receive a pop-up or are accessing a website, users may access only as permitted by applicable law, platform rules, and parental consent requirements.

The App may include measures to control access, prevent unauthorized copies, or protect the limited rights granted under these Terms. You may not circumvent or defeat those security features.

2. Third-Party Products, Services and Links

Crimson Forge Games may offer third-party products through the Services. You assume all risks and liabilities associated with use of any third-party products. Your rights and obligations regarding those products or services are governed by the separate terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party provider.

The Services may include hyperlinks to websites over which Crimson Forge Games has no control. Crimson Forge Games is not responsible for the availability, content, advertising, products, or materials on or available from those third-party websites or resources.

3. Access to the Services

By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have reached the age of majority where you live, or have reviewed these Terms with a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for your compliance. If you are under 13, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use the Services.

You may be required to register an account before using certain Services. Your account is personal to you, and you may not rent, lease, sell, trade, gift, bequeath, or otherwise transfer it. You agree to provide true and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and for any activities under your account. Crimson Forge Games reserves the right to terminate your access or account if you breach these Terms or violate applicable law.

You are responsible for internet connection fees and mobile charges incurred while accessing or using the Services.

4. In-App Purchases

The Services may include in-app purchases of virtual items, features, subscriptions, or other content. All payments are processed securely by the applicable app store, such as Google Play or Apple App Store. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.

Crimson Forge Games may revise pricing for goods and services offered through the Services at any time. All sales are final, and you acknowledge that Crimson Forge Games is not required to provide a refund for any reason except where required by law or platform policy.

5. In-Game Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

The Services may include an opportunity for you to earn, buy, or otherwise obtain in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") to access virtual, in-game digital goods or items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are not real currency, do not have monetary value, and may not be redeemed for legal currency or items of value outside the Services.

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are provided under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use within the Services. You have no property interest, right, or title in Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, and they may not be transferred or resold.

Crimson Forge Games has no liability for hacking, loss, or unauthorized use of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items. Crimson Forge Games may change or limit price, availability, order quantity, or access to Virtual Currency and Virtual Items at any time.

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items may be forfeited if your account or access is terminated, you breach these Terms, Crimson Forge Games discontinues a Service, or you disassociate from the Service.

6. Subscriptions

In some games, you may pay a fee for a subscription membership. A subscription fee will be charged to your chosen payment method in the app store of your device platform and may renew automatically until canceled according to the app store's rules.

To stop automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription through your app store account settings before it renews. Instructions may be available from Google Play or Apple App Store support.

To receive daily rewards or benefits as part of a subscription, you may need to open the relevant game. Rewards may not be granted for days when you do not open the game.

7. Online Content and Conduct

The Services may include opportunities to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, or distribute content through accounts, social features, forums, chats, or other functions. All content you submit is your sole responsibility.

You may not:

• Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Post or transmit content that violates third-party rights, is deceptive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate or falsely represent your identity.
• Engage in unsolicited mass mailing or spamming.
• Distribute unauthorized promotions, advertisements, or solicitations.
• Collect personal data about others for unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purposes.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
• Promote hacking, phishing, exploits, cheats, counterfeit software, or counterfeit virtual currency or items.
• Upload malicious files or code that may damage or interfere with the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to modify any part of the Services.

Crimson Forge Games may monitor, remove, restrict, or disable content or access that it believes violates these Terms, without liability to you.

8. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you submit, post, or display through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Crimson Forge Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute that content in any media or distribution method.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, excluding your content, are owned by Crimson Forge Games or its licensors. Prohibited activities include copying, modifying, creating derivative works from, scraping, or using our code, assets, names, logos, or service content without express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Crimson Forge Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Crimson Forge Games does not warrant that the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crimson Forge Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or other damages arising out of your access to or use of the Services.

You acknowledge that Crimson Forge Games is not liable for the conduct of third parties, including other users and third-party sites, and that the risk of using or accessing the Services rests entirely with you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Crimson Forge Games, its licensors, affiliates, suppliers, officers, directors, and employees from losses, damages, fines, and expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of your submitted content, use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.

11. Termination

These Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term. You and Crimson Forge Games may terminate or cancel your account at any time for any reason and without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

12. No Assignment

These Terms and the licenses granted to you are personal to you and may not be assigned without Crimson Forge Games' express written consent.

13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any related dispute or claim will be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, legal proceedings relating to the Services will be brought only in the competent courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Feedback

Crimson Forge Games does not accept unsolicited feedback, suggestions, or other information about the Services or business. If you provide feedback or ideas, you agree that Crimson Forge Games is free to use them for any purpose without compensation to you.

16. General

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between Crimson Forge Games and you with respect to the Services. These Terms may not be modified by you except in writing signed by you and an authorized representative of Crimson Forge Games.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. Failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver.

Crimson Forge Games may make changes to the Services, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon notice or posting.
